GoPro HERO 9 Black Announced

So it’s that time of year again, GoPro has announced its new camera the Hero 9 Black, but is it really worth an upgrade from their previous offerings? We have ordered one to test against the Hero 8 so look out for that comparison review coming soon to our Youtube channel. In the meantime below is a brief look at the changes/updated specs.

New sensor 23.6mp sensor offers 5K video and 20-megapixel stills. You can also Pull 14.7-megapixel images from 5K video. New front facing screen to help frame up your shots. HyperSmooth 3.0 builds on 2.0 with Boost available in all modes now and really does create incredibly smooth videos. It also now offers horizon levelling feature. Bigger battery giving battery life improvement of around 30 percent better overall. Scheduled Captures record the perfect sunrise without you. Plastic-free packaging and a reusable hard case now included.
